I still believe in Fairies

WISE WORDS..

Photobucket

A very good and wise friend
once
 wrote these following words
to me
 and I now have them
on the original slip of paper,
on my cupboard door
to remind me
of the amazing power of love.

These are the words:
” My perception of how people
 see me is determined
by the condition or state
 my own heart is in,
 but very often someone’s
 unconditional love to me
 can
alter the way I see myself.”Love from our family

 and friends is wonderful,
 but
it is often that unexpected
show of love from a stranger
 that moves
our hearts towards them
 and God.
 Enjoy reading further
about these quotes
 on love
from various cultures.There is no fear in love;

but
perfect love casteth out fear.
John 4:18
“…Yes,

I have loved you with
 an everlasting love;
 therefore with lovingkindness
 I have drawn you.”
Jeremiah 31:3
“At the touch of love

everyone becomes a poet.”
Plato
If you judge people,

 you
have no time to love them.”Mother Theresa

Hatred stirreth up

 strifes:
but love covereth all sins.Proverbs 10:12

“True love cannot be

 found where it truly
 does not exist,
Nor can it be hidden
where it truly does.”anonymous quote

“The greatest love

 a person can have
for his friends is to give
 his life for them.”John 15:13

“Whoso loves believes

the impossibleElizabeth Barrett Browning

Friends always

show their love.
 What are brothers
for
if not to share troubles?”
Proverbs 17:17
“To love a person

 is to learn the song
 that is in their heart,
and to sing it to them
when they have forgotten.”
Anonymous
“Where love is,

no room is too small.”
Talmud
“Once in a while,

 right in the middle
of an ordinary life,
love gives us a fairy tale.”
anonymous
Just because someone

doesn’t love you in
the way you want them to,
doesn’t mean
 that they don’t love you
with all they’ve got. “author unknown

“And may

 the Lord make you increase
 and abound
in love
to one another and to all….”
1 Thessalonians 3:12
“Behold you are fair,

my love!
 Behold you are fair!
You have dove’s eyes.”
Song of Solomon 1:15
“….his banner

 over me was love.”
Song of Solomon 2:4
“Many waters

 cannot quench love,
Nor can the floods drown it.
If a man would give for love
All the wealth of his house,
It would be utterly despised.”
Song of Solomon 8:7
“Many waters cannot

quench this little spark
 which
the Lord hath kindled,
neither
shall the floods
of persecution drown it.”
Charles Wesley
“And now abide faith,

 hope,
 love,
 these three;
 but the greatest of these
is love.”
1 Corinthians 13:13
“We cannot measure

 the love He showers
on our souls
 who give and abandon
 themselves to Him,
and
who have no higher aspiration
 than to do all
 that they believe
to be pleasing to Him.”
Jeanne de Chantal
“Love is

caviar and wedding cake,
Strawberries and cream.
Love is champagne.
Friendship is new bread,
 fresh butter,
farmhouse cheese
and a pot of tea for two.
Of course, to get through life,
it’s best to combine the two.
But friendship
is easier on the digestion.”
Pam Brown
“So long

as we love we serve;
So long as we are
loved by others,
I would almost
say that we are
indispensable;
And no man is
 useless
while he has a friend.”Robert Louis Stevenson

    Hello lovely Ilse,

When you want to give unconditional love, when you want to feel unconditional love.. but you can not have that all the time.. try The Work by Byron Katie. Do you know her? I have several links on my space. She works with the reality, I learn so much about live to do The Work. Its so great.
